Project for the refurbishment of a flat located in a popular neighborhood in the center of Florence.
The design focuses on an important work of revision of the internal distribution which is organized on two level. Living room, kitchen, bathroom and one bedroom are located on the main level while another double bedroom and new habitable spaces are placed on the upper floor. On the same level, cutting 6 m2 of the roof, a small terrace has been built.
