Refurbishment of a flat – located on the last floor of a housing block of the early XX Century – through the demolition of the old countertops and the total renovation of the main level. The new height and the restoration of the roof has also allowed the creation of a small terrace of 6 m2 and a new habitable level inside the existing volume.
